Care and returns
Brush gently from the ends upwards, wash with a sulphate-free shampoo and let the tapes dry fully before styling. For hygiene reasons, opened hair can't be returned unless faulty. Unopened, sealed packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & Hygiene Policy.
