Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

[All of South Africa / Western Cape only], by courier ([The Courier Guy / Pargo / PostNet]).

Cost

• Free delivery on orders of R[1 500] or more (after any discount).
• Orders under R[1 500]: a flat rate of R[RATE].
• Free collection from 12 Raats Drive, Table View, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7351, by appointment only (call or WhatsApp 079 782 0679).

When

• Orders are dispatched within [1–2] working days after payment is confirmed.
• Delivery usually takes [2–4] working days after dispatch. Outlying areas may take longer.
• These are estimates. We're not responsible for courier delays, but we'll help you follow up.
• You'll get an email with the courier and tracking number when your order is sent, or an email when it's ready to collect.

Your address

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or a failed delivery, re-delivery may be charged.

Every order is packed in our signature Hairmanics box.
